Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Death to Calendars. By creating an account, you represent that you are authorized to use the phone number you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for harassment, spam, illegal activity, or content that promotes sex trafficking, hate, illegal drug use, firearms sales, or tobacco products. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

User content & sharing

You are responsible for the events you create and the content you share. When you use the share sheet or text message feature on your device, you are sending messages from your own phone through your own carrier. Death to Calendars is not the sender and is not responsible for the content of those messages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Death to Calendars, Vox Real Estate, LLC, and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including content you create or share.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of event information, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
