Open in Maps →Zilker Food Park is basically Austin's massive playground with over 350 acres where you can hit up Barton Springs Pool (it stays around 68 degrees year-round), explore the botanical gardens, check out the nature center, or just hang out on the trails along Lady Bird Lake. Since it's free and packed with stuff to do, you could easily spend a whole day there whether you're into swimming, walking around, catching a show at the Hillside Theatre, or just finding a spot to chill.
